Behavioral Interview - follows STAR Format. (Situation/Task, Action, Result). For specific disciplines there are more pointed questions in Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Sales and Culinary. Focuses on specific real-world examples of past situations you've encountered in professional/academic life as a gauge of how you will perform in similar situations in the future.

Initial interview was on the phone with the recruiting company. Next step was an in person interview with the GM of the hotel and the Director of Sales.
