I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Marquam Group (Portland, OR) in Apr 2016
Interview
HR phone screen followed by an in person interview.
I already new the HR person so this went smoothly.
In person interview was with the Marquam database architect and the project manager. Both of these guys were very sincere and to the point.
No personality interview, as the bottom line goal is "Can you do the work."

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Marquam Group (Portland, OR) in Oct 2013
Interview
I was contacted by phone; the recruiter found me on LinkedIn, it was unexpected but in a good way. The initial telephone conversation went well, I received detailed information about the company and the job description. I met with the recruiter and two others the next day to discuss the role. One interviewer took me to a tea shop and the conversation was very casual and I felt calm and confident. I came back a second day and was interviewed by two more people one being the CEO where I went to a close coffee shop which help to keep the conversation flowing easier. I was offered the job and started the next week. Everyone in the interview process was very pleasant and informative as far as company culture job duties expectations and compensation. The work culture seemed to be quiet and focused the office was small on initial perception but in a good way considering the number of employees. Nice kitchen and break areas as well as conference rooms.
