The interviewer was 30 minutes late to call me. She put the interview time wrong on her diary. Then after the interview she promised to call back later in the evening to give feedback. That did not happen. I waited for a few days, then decided to call the site. I got through phone but the person I was looking was busy so she would call me back later or he next day. And that also did not happen. Same thing happened again after giving another call. I was very disappointed on how M&S handle the recruitment. I would have thought they put high standard in dealing with everything, customer or recruiting. If the candidate was unsuccessful, they should have let the candidate knows, if not by a call then be it an email at least
