The recruiting team was always available throughout the process. We had several interactions to let me know the status of the application. I think this is key to understand how the company culture looks like. I had 3 interviews and the team looked very nice, also the role’s challenges seemed interesting. The process took a bit long but I was not “ghosted”

Formal with multiple hiring managers depending on role. Since Covid they are conducted virtually. Many questions are situation based, with a mix of behavioural. Prior stories of experience are great
Basic behavioral question but more focus on job description and how interviewees experience and expertise fit into the job description. 1 on 1 with 2 people total; 30 mins each

Pretty standard questions as per resume. Some questions relate to scenarios, soft skills and managing employees. They also asked about previous experiences, day to day activities. The interviewers also encouraged me to ask questions.
