I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Manulife (Kitchener, ON) in Dec 2019
Interview
Basically there were three rounds in the whole interview process.
Firstly, I got a phone call from HR to know more about my background and discuss the role. At last, he asked that the next round is an online coding assessment and we will send you a link very shortly.
The second round was an online coding assessment in which, there were 3 coding questions to answer in a total of 2 hours. 1st problem was very easy, 2nd one was average and the 3rd problem was a little hard. But, I completed all three questions in 1hr 45minutes.
Based on my assessment, I got an in-person interview call.
The in-person interview round was of approximately one and a half hours long. The questions asked in the interview were as follow:
1. Introduce yourself
2. Explain any project on the whiteboard.
2.1 Some counter questions
3. Scenario-based OOP question. Explain the solution by drawing the class diagram on the whiteboard.
4. Technical Questions (OOP, Database, SQL, GitHub, Agile, etc.)
5. Behavioral Questions
At last, they explained the actual requirements and asked for your interest to accept such a role.
After 3 business days, I got an offer and accepted it.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Manulife (Manila, Manila) in May 2021
Interview
I applied online . The process took 1 month because they have to reschedule over and over my interview due to the availability of the interviewer.
First interview will be the HR it is only the initial.
Next one is the proxy of the 2 directors because the directors are not available.
Then the last part is technical which my preferred language is not available.
The interview is easy and all the interviewer are very nice. I don't recommend you to apply if you don't have the qualification that has been posted even thought the post say that you will be learning but they need someone who has experience on those technologies that has been posted.
