I applied through university. I interviewed at Mangalore Infotech (Mangalore) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process was well-organized and conducted in multiple stages. It started with an aptitude test to assess logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. This was followed by scenario-based questions where candidates were required to write test cases, evaluating their understanding of software testing concepts and analytical thinking. The next stage involved SQL query-based questions to test database knowledge and query-writing skills. Based on the combined performance across these tests, candidates with higher scores were shortlisted for the final interview round. The overall experience was smooth, structured, and focused on evaluating both technical fundamentals and practical skills.
