You are first contacted by a appointment setter for the recruiter. The recruiter interviews you for about 30-40 minutes, understanding background information, character and personality. If/When you pass this stage you then meet in person for about 2 hours with two or more of the local managers. They go through a set of pre-set interview questions - some being very redundant. You then are given time to create a marketing plan -- how you plan to generate leads. You then get to present your marketing plan to the manager(s). If/When you pass this stage, you meet with the Sales Trainer, this is essentially a time to discuss any open items and questions you may have. From there you will receive your offer.
