Malloy Aeronautics interview questions

Inperson- included a tour and some questions about parts and process seen on the tour. Seemed to be more about finding out about how interested you are in the product

Intial recruiter call and screen was friendly and pleasant. Complete change for the intital company call. They instantly seemed off and bothered about being there didn't ask relevant questions and instead dug into very specific process example and then asked about experience of terminating employees. Failed to initate a proper line of questioning or talk about how needs and experience matching glossed over large areas and completely failed to create a positive interview environement.
