Campus interview They are third vendors for main mncs. 1st round with hr team and then they trained for tech interviews for Clients. Tech interview will be for 2 3 rounds depending on client.

Interview
There were 3 rounds 1. Resume Shortlisting 2. Group Discussion 3. HR One-on-One Since it was a campus placement, our resumes were sent via college and selected students were shortlisted. The selected students were divided into groups and added to the group discussion round. The topics provided were basic. They noted the names of students who were actively participating and putting out their points. Then they were sourced for the next and final round which was with the interviewer.

the interview experience was positive . They need freshers for the job. They just wanted to basically check the communications skills.
