Magasin seems only interested in hiring danish people. You would expect a department store to have bigger interest in international talent. All roles, interviews etc is in danish. At the same time maybe thats why Magasin is not operating at international standard. They also ask to do a case on what the departments could do to improve in terms of buying before you even passed any screening. That's asking for free labour without even being considered, that should come as a second step.
