Interview
I filled out an in-person application and that day I was scheduled for an interview at the same time. It was scheduled for later that week, and it was about an hour long. And then I was hired with a phone call the following day, where we briefly spoke about compensation.

They asked me about my former employment and what I thought of the company, I was familiar with a lot of their policies already. And I was asked to Tell me a little bit about yourself... I was asked silly questions to gauge my personality like what my favorite designer is and what art I like.
The interview process was easy and quick and I got the job the same day. It was very simple and lasted about 15 minutes. I met the store director at the store.
Interview process was simple - met with the store manager in the mall and talked about why I was interested in working there and what the basic expectations were for the role.

Very informal, mostly asked about previous experience and my thoughts on what makes good customer service.
They just asked you to talk about yourself and more about the experience you have. They go more into detail by giving you scenarios on how you would deal with a customer.
