1. Fill out long application on Macys Job website complete with personality test that teases out how much of an extrovert you are.
2. Contacted back for interview by computer at the closest most convenient Macy's.
3. Complete general interview on personality and behavior, with a few questions tailored towards how you would handle customers in certain situations.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.
