It was pretty easy to get the job no experience needed training provided. First I received a call to schedule an interview with some of their RH associates the only bad thing is that he made fun of my accent.

Interview
Phone call, followed by a tour and a sorting panel then single interviews. Everything was fairly streamlined and it was obvious that anyone who couldn't fit their program was pulled out almost instantly.
