It was a two part interview. The first was situational where I was asked what I'd do in prospective situations and the second was more behavioral questions pertaining to me and my background.

Question 1
An older associate is stubborn when it comes to learning about the new implementation of technology. How would you go about trying to help this individual understand the technology and why it is important in the workplace?
Straightforward, just standard how would you handle if an employee stole from the store kind of question. Overall, the interview was very simple. If you prepare for your interview you shouldn't have any issues at all.

Very friendly environment. Overall. I have very good experience interviewing with their managers. they provide good benefits, health insurance, and good pay. I am looking forward to work with those people.
