Recruiters came to campus and had a series of events for networking. After submitting resume, and was selected to be interviewed, had another networking reception where you could meet your interviewers beforehand. First round interviews consisted of two back-to-back interviews. First interview was more of personality fit (questions such as describe your role on a team, how do you handle stress, greatest fear etc.). Second interview was more targeted to interest in fashion and fashion retail, and your knowledge of the company and the industry. Once you past this round, there was a second round of onsite interviews. First day was mostly introductions and the company selling themselves and their best executives. You were also put in teams in order to do a retail case. Second day, you presented on your retail case, as well as go through two interviews; one with a very senior executive and the second with an HR person. The second day also comprises of more presentations from execs, networking, and a retail math test.
