I did the online assessment and got an email asking me to schedule an interview scheduled it for 11:30 that friday.I showed up about 15 minutes early and asked a sales associate on the floor where the person who was to interview me was and she told me to wait there until she found someone. I waited in the room for a ten minutes. Then a guy came in wearing jeans and a shirt. ( Mind you, I was in business casual) and I realized he had been waiting as well. At this point it is 11:30. Finally, a lady came in, apologized and took the guy who had been waiting. His interview was about 15 minutes long, and as he walked out, she told him she would be in touch. He also left with papers in his hand (I'm assuming they were drug testing papers or something.) Anyway, it was my turn to be interviewed. She asked me standard situational questions and questions related to the job. She seemed pleased with my answers. She told me seasonal employment would start in about 2 to 3 weeks. Then she asked my availability. I told her two nights of the week were unavailable . She expressed that this would probably be a problem. I explained that my commitment would probably be over by the time the hiring began. She said she would note that on my application and said that even though that would be a problem, she would still give my app to the person making the decision. My interview was slightly shorter than the other guys. I read in glassdoor that usually after an interview a email would be sent, but I got no email and no call back. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I did a walk-in job interview during the hiring job fair. I applied for the job on their computer kiosk. Then they put me in for an interview on the same day.
