RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. Shortly after applying, I received an email from HR asking me to complete a 6-hour timed design assignment—without any prior conversation, screening call, or interview. It felt like they were simply looking for free design work rather than genuinely evaluating candidates. On top of that, when I inquired about the salary, the compensation mentioned was significantly below market standards. The entire process felt unprofessional and disrespectful of candidates’ time. I would strongly recommend not wasting your time here.
