Interview
Approached by headhunter. There're two stage of interview:
First stage: A phone interview with headhunter and asked roughly with previous academic and intern experiences.
Second stage: Interviewed with two manager from strategy and operation team. Focus more on your analytics skillset and how you perform to daily operations.

Question 1
How did you find your overseas experiences have helped you with your career and your role? Any obstacles and how you dealt with them?
10minutes, pretty standard questions. This was just with the hiring manager and someone from HR. 3 questions and then whether I had questions. Overall, pretty straightforward. Although it felt like the hiring manager wasn't very engaged throughout the interview.

There was 2 rounds . 1st with HR second round with Hiring Manager. They sid there can be 3rd round with the team members. The interview with HR is basicly about my perivious experiences and they give informaion about the position and the company. The second round is much more technichal and asked questions about my experiences that can be relatde to to that posiition I have applied.
