Very hands on and open interview with the headhunter, the department director and various other members and facility tour. Two sessions, first one just very informal chat, second one a very well prepared skill assessment, with a test - it was hard, but very well prepared, you could see why each question was asked. I felt like they really got to know me and the offer was made on solid grounds - and I also got a great insight into how the team works.
