Advice to MSC Management on Interviews:
The interview went well from my perspective. However, I've noticed a potential issue regarding the experience level of interview panelists. For candidates with 10 years of experience, I recommend ensuring the interviewer has at least 12-15 years of experience. My recent interview, for instance, involved a panelist with a similar experience level to mine (based on their LinkedIn profile). I felt I provided accurate and comprehensive answers, yet I wasn't selected, leading me to believe there might have been an underlying bias or misjudgment. Ensuring a more experienced panel for senior candidates could help prevent the loss of valuable talent.
