In person interview split into two parts. First 30min with hiring manager, standard behavioral questions and picking apart resume. next 30min was with an engineer from the team, definitely a little nitpicky on technical knowledge based on experience (e.g. asked a series of questions about composites although it wasn't relevant to position) overall felt decently customized to my experience and not unfairly challenging
