I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MEDvidi in Feb 2026
Interview
Interview and communication with HR was good; however, with the hiring manager (deputy CPO), very weird impressions. Chaotic questions, very little time for the interview, it felt like they were on something, and it was unclear what they wanted. The interview itself went well enough, but after that, there was no feedback, and they just disappeared. A very ugly experience from the company’s side, especially for positions of this level.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MEDvidi in Aug 2025
Interview
I had a very good experience with the recruitment process. It was fast and transparent, and I felt well supported at every step. The communication was clear, and expectations were set from the beginning.
Even though I didn’t receive an offer in the end, my overall impression of the company remains very positive. I genuinely recommend the company to anyone considering applying - the process itself speaks to their professionalism and values.
