MAG-City Marketing interview questions

There are 3 phases to the interview but it's not as stringent as it sounds, The first they literally just want to see your face, get to know you, and tell you about the company / position. The second you take notes and they do a sales demonstration (which this is more of a sales job than a management position or so at first - first few months.) The third phase is a recap of all that you learned through round 2

3 Step Process. 1st was simple face to face interview with Vice CEO that was warm up to see if we were compatible. 2nd was on site, in a Sam's Club, that ran through what you did day to day and to see if it was something you would want. 3rd was pretty much them offering you the job back at the main office.
