The two women doing the interview asked basic interview questions and overall seemed pretty unprepared. The interview lasted a whole 15 minutes and most of that was taken up by awkward silence. When they asked the cliche "What's your biggest weakness" question, I thought about it for a few seconds and honestly said I didn't know. To keep the conversation going I then asked "what do people usually say is their biggest weakness?" and their answer was "I don't know" and more awkward silence ensued. Through all this I treated them with respect and I thought we left the interview on good terms. Did I expect to get hired by them? No. But I did expect some professionalism and decency in letting me know I wasn't selected for the role. Instead, I was completely ghosted. About a week after the interview I texted the girl who did the interview letting her know that I was still interested in the role and heard nothing back. I also emailed them and messaged them on Indeed and gotten absolutely nothing in return. Recently I've messaged them asking for just some simple feedback on how I can improve at job interviewing still have heard nothing back. They won't even give me any feedback! Just completely unprofessional and kind of sad honestly that this is how their hiring team treats people. No wonder their reviews on Indeed are abysmally low. If you interview for a position here, don't be surprised by a strong lack of preparedness and professionalism.
