The interviewers made me feel welcome and made an effort to perform a holistic review. There was a combination of both behavioral as well as technical questions. They understood that I was coming in with little to minimal experience in manufacturing and the GMP environment.

The process was bad because they dont know what they are looking for. Ive 8 years of background and they rejected me saying i don't have enoug. They hired someone with lesser exprience
