I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (San Antonio, TX) in Jul 2018
Interview
Very smooth, everyone was nice and helpful whenever I had a question. I applied online, and got back an answer within a week, where they asked me to answer three questions within 72 hours. I submitted and after the 72 hours time, they contacted me for availability for the phone interview. I passed the phone interview with the GM of the San Antonio office, and was contacted a day later asking for availability for in-person interviews at the office downtown. I went in for the interview a week and a half later. The interview itself consisted of a series of four, 30 minute one-on-one interviews with the regional manager, GM, and two other people that have held the same position in the past (30 minutes each). Two phone/googlemeet interviews and two in-person interviews. My interview ended with a phone interview, where they told me they'd be in contact with me within a week. When I was leaving, no one was there to see me out/all the office doors were closed.
I waited about two week before they responded that I didn't get the job.
Other than that, I really enjoyed the processes up until the point where I left the office from in-person interview. But I do appreciate the experience, and hope they got who they were looking for!
Three step process: phone interview with a recruiter, video interview with someone in the actual office, and in-person interview. Lyft is clearly very committed to their brand and looking for hires who will be content to stay in their new role for a year+ before promotion
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (Santa Ana, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
They were very thorough in their interview process to determine the best possible fit for their company. I understand the necessity of them making sure they adequately selected the best candidate. The process of the experience was a little more lengthy than I have ever gone through, but I feel it will leave me well equipped with what is to come with this Lyft!

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where a driver kept getting put off by different Community Associates.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
5 interviews total in 5 weeks. Took a while but all the people were pleasant to speak with. First over the phone with recruiter, then over video with direct supervisor, then over phone with some sort of regional coordinator, then in-person with direct supervisor again, then over video with regional manager. Each interview was about 15-20 minutes and all almost identical conversations. Mostly just get-to-know-you and your previous work experience/skills.
