A recruiter contacted me by email about a week after I applied online. We scheduled a phone interview for 5 days later. At the conclusion of this interview, we scheduled another interview the next day for me to speak with a Regulatory Operations Specialist. 2 weeks later, I received an automated email stating they were going to continue with other candidates. Although the interviews themselves went fine, there were a few things throughout the process that were concerning to me. The recruiter was very friendly, enthusiastic, and open to questions during the interview, but he did not respond to any of my email inquiries outside of the phone interview, including scheduling questions prior to the phone interview and questions regarding follow-up, and at times I felt left in the dark about my application. Additionally, the Regulatory Operations Specialist was also very friendly but seemed a little bit disinterested during the interview, which was off-putting. She told me that I would probably get bored with this job, and in a way it almost seemed like she was trying to quell my interest in the position.
