The full process took about 1.5 hours. You meet with several team leaders. They will take you in different rooms and ask you why you wanted to work for Lyft and who they are as a company

They asked me to do a “mock” call and had someone call in and say “I’m a Lyft driver and someone threw up in my car”

I was interviewed by at least 5 different people all of whom were so friendly, easy going and nice. They made me feel so comfortable to just be myself and relax which made it a great interview experience. I am very excited to work for Lyft and get to know these awesome people!
