I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Luxoft in Dec 2022
Interview
I read bad reviews on glassdoor, before taking the interview, but I decided to go on with it anyway. Was a pretty bad idea. They had ZERO interest about who I am or what I do it was an extremely boring, 2000s-style interview of 75 minutes, asking questions about language terms mostly.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Luxoft
Interview
One round with hiring manager, little technical mostly HR. Calm and positive but haven't heard back as they said they have other candidates in pipeline. Still waiting. But questioned on coding principles.
it can vary, they care only about client response. so you mostlikely do different rounds for the company and then for client, if the client does not want you even if you exceed luxoft interview it does not matter
The interviewer asked questions related to modern C++ and its standards. It was a nice and well thought interview on the fundamentals of the language as well as software development principles. The interviewer was clear in their questions and followup questions about the job were also well thought.
