2 rounds: HR interview + tech interview with Team lead(s) of a project inside the company. Also can be a 'home work' related to SQL.
Soft skills, theoretical questions (SDLC, API testing, SQL, general QA theory, Agile/Scrum), English level etc.
Mostly all QA leads, which I've met during tech interviews were behaving like they are some IT Gods, trying to make you feel like Jacquouille la Fripouille

Oddly enough, the people from human resources had a dubious vibe and avoided or gave vague answers to questions related to the position, the hiring process, salary, etc.
