Interview
There was an online application, then a phone screen with HR and online assessment. There was a phone interview with a coach, then two separate interview at the office with Director, Senior Consultant and President, a coffee interview, then a reference check.

Interview
Based on my own experience, the interview itself was a long processes, lasted for four months. Be prepared to take time off at least four times in order to complete the process.
