Interview
First there was a phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. I got a good feel for the company and answered a series of questions. Next was an in-person interview which lasted about 45 minutes. A couple of weeks later an offer was extended. The offer was good, the benefits are good. After a background check and drug screening, I was given a start date.

Interview
went through at least three supervisors before i was given a face to face interview. I was asked a lot of procedural questions and day to day "how do you like to work" questions. I was asked about how much I knew about the company and whether or not it i thought it was a good fit.
