A full day with 4-5 half hour interviews with other techs and scientists. Questions are both behavioral and technical. Technical questions are usually about applying the companies technology and troubleshooting molecular biology problems (ex: what would you change if you're getting multiple bands from PCR). Behavioral questions are general and similar to what you normally get from other companies.
