There were multiple rounds of interviews, and the point of contact from the recruitment team was prompt in scheduling for next ones. Included a peer group interview round as well with relevant stakeholders.
Was straight forward, interview, face-to-face, direct manager, overall culture seems good, women-focused, good for first time job seekers. i would say that the diff is average, not crazy but still stringent. applicants should be ready.
It was a long process with about 3-4 stages. The overall process took about a month and a half. The experience was okay. HR got back to me about their decision almost a month after my last interview.
