The main question they focused on was how much revenue the companies I previously worked for generated and how my work contributed to that growth. They seemed particularly interested in understanding the scale I’ve operated in and how that experience would translate to their organization.

The interview with the Head of Talent Acquisition went well. However, I believe the candidate they were looking for was someone who may have been inexperienced, Therefore, the offered salary would be sufficient and make sense.

The first interview was over the phone and the second interview was in person. Overall, the owners were very nice and made you feel very comfortable. The office space is adorable and I had an enjoyable experience.
