I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at London Transport Museum in Oct 2022
Interview
through the recruiter, with 3 steps interview, their process was sooooo slow and I was waiting for them on each step for around 10 days! I kinda feel that they really don't know what are they looking for
Good communication, sending over a good pack of information necessary to the interview. Two friendly interviewers. Standard customer service questions. It was rather easy going - yet professional. Due to train strikes it was virtual. I assume I did not get the job as I was sent a automated looking email - saying I had not been successful for shortlisting and will not be receiving feedback. I'm not sure if this was a mistake or not.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at London Transport Museum (London, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
Two persons; very welcoming, professional yet relaxed. A competency based interview with four questions guided by a competency framework provided in advance. Also provided in advance to go with this were a list of 'behaviours' that you would be scored against.

Question 1
One very odd question about how one would go about being required to give a presentation on something you had insufficient information about. Everyone it seems got stuck on that.
