I applied online. I interviewed at London Sales Academy (London, England)
Interview
The interview was cancelled 3 hours before it was due to take place, and I was half way through a 3 hour train ride to London. Obviously sickness can't be helped, but this highlighted how small the company is, the fact that only one person (the Boss!!) could interview me.
The re-scheduled interview did take place, and went well. However 6 months later I have yet to get an offer or a rejection, despite me chasing them up 3 times (HR ignored my last 2 emails completely!)
During the interview the owner Camilla even said ''we are a bunch of creatives running around, so we need someone who's organised and with a plan to come in and tell us what to do''. This statement tells you everything you need to know about the company! I'm sure the sales training they provide is fun and engaging, but behind the scenes is chaotic and disorganized, and are obviously stalling and unable to grow and develop the business as the same job role is still being advertised! It's certainly not due to a lack of talent in London, but a lack of a clear vision, plan, and decisiveness.
Aside from that, they obviously lack a basic sense of integrity and accountability as they think it's better to blank a candidate than to give an answer either way.
This job may be suitable for a intern at college / Uni for a month or two, but seasoned professionals should avoid this company like the plague! I would also seriously consider your options before you booked onto one of their training courses, as there will be a host of larger, more experienced and more reliable training companies in the market.

Question 1
Would would be your 3 month business development plan if you were offered the job?
