Guys don't go for the interview there as they will just waste your time. The only motive of their HR is to call people in the office for the interview. They take you very casually especially when you are pretty serious about your career. With their unprofessional behavior and attitude, they'll just waste your time, leading to nothing. They hardly follow any significant recruitment process and leave the communication, open-ended, at the cost of your time and patience!
