Interview
It was very laid back and relaxed. Interview with 2 engineers who gave me plenty of time to answer questions. First a phone screen and then an in person interview. They were very flexible with start date.
One 45 minute interview on Zoom. Asked basic questions using STAR format and asked about one project with more in depth questions. Overall standard interview and easy process. Received an offer a week later.
45 minute phone interview, we went through my resume and talked about all of my previous engineering roles, then the interviewer proceeded to ask me about myself. Then asked fairly standard non-technical questions. Overall the process was fairly relaxed and enjoyable.

I got an interview during the SHPE conference. I got an email and signed up immediately. The interviewer goes over the position being offer and begins asking questions. Most of them were behavioral especially about how you perform in a team.
