I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Washington, DC) in Oct 2013
Interview
Strictly a behavioral interview, all questions about how I'd exhibited leadership, how I worked in a team and other related issues. Very easy to prepare for, there were no surprises.

applied online, talked to them at the campus career fair, received email for final round (Marietta, GA), decision 1 week later. It helps to know people within. I interned over the summer with them and I think that helped a lot. I also made friends with the recruiter at the campus career fair and she recommended me and helped me a lot.
