The interview process was fairly simple. I submitted my resume through my school's career website and received feedback that I was chosen to interview. When I arrived, I was told that not that many people had chosen to interview with them. I had a one on one interview with a very nice woman who had been working for the company for a couple of years. I thought that my interview went very well (basic behavioral questions) and the woman explained to me that Lockheed's process was long and it might take 4 to 6 weeks to hear back. I expected this because I have applied to LM 3 other times, all in which i received a letter in the mail a month later saying that I wasn't chosen for the position (when I left the recruiter messages asking what happen). It has actually been about 2 months since I interviewed and I still have not heard back from them.
