I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Littleton, CO) in Dec 2025
Interview
Asked about past experiences. At times asked very specific cybersecurity experience questions/scenarios. Mostly all behavioral, but went into depth about cybersecurity scenarios/ what you would do in those situations etc.
Mass applied to various internships. Landed interviews/phone screening for a few different positions. Received an offer after a STAR method type interview. Overall was a pretty straightforward process in my opinion.

Question 1
STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) type questions.
Straightforward, focus on STAR method, tie that back to your resume. They use Full Spectrum Leadership principles that LM has set, so look into that as well. Make sure to have good examples that show both technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
