I went to a conference and got an on-the-spot interview with representatives after I applied to a broad pool of applicants prior to going to the conference. I got offered an internship shortly after. There were no additional calls after the first interview.

Four Behavioral Questions. No technical questions. Must use the STAR method to succeed. Interviewers were very nice and made the environment comfortable. Overall 10/10 experience. Questions were like describes a time when you encountered difficulty?
