Two rounds of interview in 2020 through a recruiter. First round with the functional reporting manager, and the second round with the direct reporting country manager. Both interviews were done remotely as I was outside of the employed country. Both interviews were done fairly quickly within 45 minutes. No discussion about the salary expectation as it would be discussed and negotiated through the recruiter.
