I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lisa Yang in Apr 2025
Interview
I had a negative experience interviewing for Lisa Yang in Stockholm. I had a digital interview where the role was described and I was told that the role description online was very wrong and what they expected from this role it was more to be an excel monster and track numbers than wholesale support. Which I had no issues with but if you tell me you described it very badly, just redo it. Otherwise it was also mainly a one-sided discussion of the person telling me what she expected, not so much interest in my background and what I could bring besides excel-skills. She also mentioned other candidates and what they did wrong in interview.
I was anyway asked to do an excel test, and produce pivot tables and track sales certain information and put it in a presentation and extract as much info from a file that I could during one hour.
I got good feedback and was requested to give my availability for the coming two weeks to meet with CEO and Founder. I gave the details and never heard back. I sent 2-3 follow up emails asking for status or if the role had been filled. Just never heard back which is very unprofessional after an interview, working on a case and being told I am going to the next step.
I went on glassdoor to see that it's not the first time they ghost candidates after interviews. Very unprofessional and sad to see that they are not appreciating the time and effort you are putting down in the process and case.

Interview
I had a negative interview experience at Lisa Yang. They asked me about my background and questioned my experience. Sometimes, they asked insulting questions and they insulted my background and personality.
The company never reached out after the interview and ignored all my emails.
