Totally FAKE review, and we are aware who this person is. It is extremely unfortunate how some individuals behave, of which comments are passed to our lawyers, and also the British Home Office. We are more than happy to entertain and answer fairly to reviews that are truthful and of a real experience. This review above however, is very much a lie, from a fake individual.
