Interview
Modo tranquillo, gentili fanno in modo di metterti a tuo agio.
Technically demanding and fairly long process, with a total of 3 lengthy interviews. All jn all a challenging but interesting experience, that really allows the candidate to show off his technical skills and overall knowledge.

Interview
If there was a “Worst Candidate Experience Award”, this company would have won it. They made me loose more than one month with their process which is not organized and out of the context.
First, you have a screening call with the recruitment company, during which I have clearly communicated the desired RAL. Then, after 1 month, I got contacted by an internal recruiter and we have scheduled an interview in person with HR Specialist and Line manager. During this interview I have again clearly communicated the desired RAL, but the interviewers were mostly focused on the salary I currently receive asking to provide my payslip and contract level. My contract level position I have shared, but I have refused to share my personal documents (payslip) and already realized that the company is not solid and only interested in “cheap” candidates, not skilled ones. However, I have decided to go with the process until the end. After 2 days I was again invited to have an interview in person with same interviewers plus additional HR Specialist. The next day I have received a confirmation that they are preparing an offer for me, but to do it, they need my payslip. I have repeatedly declined the request highlighting that there is a desired salary I have communicated at the beginning and if they want to make an offer, they have to rely on it. Offer with a lower salary I had no intention to accept. I was promised to receive an offer very shortly. Instead, after 2 weeks I received a call from HR Specialist saying that I am an amazing candidate, but too expensive for them. Fortunately, I was proceeding with other, more professional and candidate oriented company, but for candidates putting a lot of effort and waiting for weeks to hear back from Lima/Enovis, this can be truly unpleasant and humiliating experience.
