It was a fun group interview. previous employees were there to help with role play and consult us during the game "show case" portion of the interview. I was hired the same day.

Question 1
How would you handle a child that doesn't want to participate.
Very easy, show up they demonstrate an activity, the you create your own and act with imagination. Very simple and straightforward. Great job for teenagers and high schools, very flexible hours
I got 30 seconds to read a lesson and teach it to other job candidates. I also participated in sample soccer games that required high energy and creativity. It took around 30 minutes to do this.
