Felt more like a sales job group interview where the candidates have to work together while also trying to impress the panel.
Felt chaotic which was I assume was structured to show what it would be like to work there. Though for the interview process, it felt like a pointless exercise. It didn't value people's time or efforts. The group format felt Darwinian in that the people that normally would shine over others would be extremely confident white men (or women). It certainly is not an inclusive space, especially for BME candidates or for those with any disabilities like autism who cannot follow social cues but would excel at the job. The interview was left field and didn't also follow the JD and PS very much.
