Lightweight Solutions interview questions

- The initial interview focused on getting to know me personally. - I was given a technical assessment to complete. Unfortunately, after I submitted my code for the assessment, I never heard back from them. I reached out for an update but got no response, not even any feedback. This poor communication really reflects badly on their process.
